Can I return my product for a refund?
Please carefully research the product before purchasing. All sales are final 24 hours after your order submission. If covered by warranty, you are eligible to receive a replacement for a defective device.
    Each VFOLK device is covered by our limited 1-year warranty. If the VFOLK device is defective during the warranty period, you can exchange it for a new one at no extra cost. Complete the Replacement form online. If you don’t have a vfolk.com account, you’ll be asked to create one. If you purchased your VFOLK device at our authorized retailers, please contact the local store for a replacement.  
      Are VFOLK pods covered under the warranty?
      No. VFOLK pods are NOT eligible for replacement or exchange. Contact us if you have any questions regarding your product.
        What is the warranty for VFOLK (U.S. retail and online orders only)?
        VFOLK comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty for all electronic devices purchased on vfolk.com or through an authorized retailer. VFOLK pods are NOT eligible for replacement or exchange. If a VFOLK device is defective during the warranty period, you can exchange it for a new one at no extra cost. Please complete the Replacement form online. If you don’t have a vfolk.com account, you’ll be asked to create one. If you purchased your VFOLK device at our authorized retailers, please contact the local store for a replacement. Your request must be received within one year from the original purchase date. Receipts are required for filing. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet these requirements.
          If I buy VFOLK device from a third party, will I be covered by your warranty?
          Our one year device warranty only applies to products purchased directly from vfolk.com and our certified retailers.  If you purchased your VFOLK device at our authorized retailers, please contact the local store for a replacement. 
            What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?
