Can I make a change to an existing order?
All orders are held for 24 hours for change or cancellation. Once the 24-hour window expires, the order will be processed with the information provided and all sales are final. If covered by device warranty, you are eligible to receive a replacement for a defective device.
Why does the shipping address need to be the same as billing address for residents in California, Idaho or Washington?
California, Idaho and Washington state laws require that your billing and shipping information be identical.
Can you deliver to a P.O. box?
No. UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes
How long does it take to get my order?
All orders are held for 24 hours for change or cancellation. We will start processing your order after 24 hours. You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for your shipment. Your shipment is carried out by UPS. It usually takes 8 - 10 business days.

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping if the order is over $35. For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, we charge $6.95 for shipping.
